
MENTORSHIP PAIRS — 2ND CYCLE

Exciting news! We launched our Mentorship program with Društvo Asociacija last week, and we are thrilled to introduce the six new mentor-mentee pairs in this cycle:
~ ENA HODŽIĆ (mentor) + MILENA PRELEVIĆ (mentee) — Ena is a seasoned curator and cultural producer (who fuses tech and art), and Milena is a cultural manager who bridges, like her mentor, art and technology, as she also works in the the IT and culture sector
~ INA DOUBLEKOVA (mentor) + JELENA UGRINIĆ (mentee) — Ina is an experienced communications manager, freelance journalist and critique, and Jelena is a musician, and a passionate cultural organiser in her community
~ JANJA SESAR (mentor) + SIMONA MANCHEVA (mentee) — Janja is a cultural multi-expert and a specialist for management of hybrid institution, and Simona is a visual artist and curator, working hard to establish a hybrid institution in her community
~ IVANKA APOSTOLOVA (mentor) + LUNA ŠALAMON (mentee) — Ivanka wears many hats, she is an anthropologist of arts, program producer/director, visual dramaturg, translator, editor, author and educator, and Luna is a scene designer and a committed with a passion for expanding the boundaries in theatre world
~ VALERIA GRAZIANO (mentor) + RELJA PEKIĆ (mentee) — Valeria is a theorist, organizer, educator, and a charming pirate-adjacent, and Relja is visual anthropologist, researcher, and a leader of a tiny but important community hub in his city
~ MILJENKA BULJEVIĆ (mentor) + ANA BAJT (mentee) — Miljenka is just a stone’s throw away from having nearly two decades of experience in management of cultural organizations, fundraising and cultural programming with a particular focus on audience development, and Ana is a promising manager of a promising film festival, with a background in law
We are excited to see these pairs grow and learn from each other in the coming months!

The Mentorship Program is part of the project Regional Lab: New Culture Spaces and Networks as drivers of an Innovative and Sustainable Bottom-up Development of Regional Collaboration, co-funded by the European Union, as part of the open call for proposals EACEA 39/2019 Cultural Cooperation Projects in the Western Balkans “Strengthening cultural cooperation with and competitiveness of cultural and creative industries in the Western Balkans”. The Call for Proposals is entirely funded by the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance (IPA II).
The project is conducted by the consortium consisting of several partners from six SEE countries led by Kooperativa – Regionalna platforma za kulturu, and project partners Anibar from Kosovo, Društvo Asociacija from Slovenia, Asocijacija NKSS from Serbia, Јадро Асоцијација / Jadro Association from North Macedonia, Operacija grad from Croatia, and OKC Abrašević from BiH.
