Board members Milica Pekić, Teodor Celakoski and Ares Shporta, together with the coordinator of the organization, participated in the study visit to Prizren and Tirana held from 17th til 21st November 2018.

During the study visit, representatives of Kooperativa held a meeting with Director of city directorate for culture Ehat Oreshka  and representatives of independent scene network in Prizren: Alba Çakalli (Dokufest) and Leutrim Fishekqiu (Autostrada biennale). At the meeting several topics were discussed, such as possible models of creating permanent frame for participative decision making process regarding cultural development of Prizren. Director of city directorate is very keen in involving independent sector in decision making processes but also in initiatives that could further contribute toward cultural development in the city. The collaboration between city and independent sector is very dynamic and ideas for creating some type of Arts and cultural committee were discussed. Applying for European cultural capital could be the process which would improve this collaboration and lead toward new strategy for culture and some new participative instruments of implementation.

On the 19th of November, Kooperativa representatives visited Tirana where they encountered representatives of informal network of independent scene of Albania: Andi Tepelena (Art kontakt), Gentian Çoçoli (Aleph publishing), Gjergj Prevazi (Albenian dance festival), Krenar Zejko (Zenith gallery Tirana), young activist Megi Mustafaraj. In Albania there is an informal network of Independent scene and their representatives expressed an interest in regional collaboration and gave basic introduction on the current issues that independent scene in Albania is facing.

The next day, on the 20th of November representatives of Kooperativa met with Valbona Shujaku, deputy Minister of culture of Albania. Meeting, held in the premises of the Ministry, was informative both for Ministry and Kooperativa.
