In June 2018, from 10th to 12th, Kooperativa held annual assembly of the platform where new Managing Board is elected. For the new board members were elected Jadranka Plut from Slovenian organisation Asociacija, Milica Pekić from Belgrade based organisation Kiosk, Hristina Ivanoska, nominated by the Macedonian platform Jadro, Teodor Celakoski from Croatian platform Klubtura and Ares Shporta from Kosovo based organisation Fondazioni Lumbardhi.

Following elections on the assembly, Board held its’ first meeting where new presidency is elected. Jadranka Plut was appointed President, while Milica Pekić and Ares Shporta were elected for vice-presidents.

Next to elections, during assembly operational and financial reports were presented to the members and future operational tasks were discussed.

Following decisions brought on the Assembly in Skopje, held in December 2017, new members were invited to join Kooperativa. The organisations that were invited are those which participated in the Pilot-Programme of Cooperation and Exchange. Following this principle new members of the platform became:  SU Operacija grad (Croatia), Kreativni sindikat (Croatia), Kulturtreger – Udruženje za razvoj kultura (Croatia), Ministarstvo prostora (Serbia), Stanica Servis za savremeni ples (Serbia), Centar za nove medije_kuda.org (Serbia), Udruženi umjetnički rad (Serbia), Centar za savremenu umetnost – Skoplje (Macedonia), Nomad Dance Academy (Slovenia). Based on the principle of weaker geographical representation, organisation Akcija from Bosnia and Herzegovina was also invited to join the platform. All ten organisations are affiliated into the membership of the platform.

After elaborate discussion on the future directions of the platform, the assembly brought the decision to hold the strategic planning during the next assembly that is planned for the spring of 2019 in Prizren.
