REG LAB TWINNING EXCHANGE MENTORSHIP SUMMER SCHOOL
REG LAB TWINNING RAZMJENA MENTORSTVO LJETNA ŠKOLA

Kooperativa’s office traveled to Paris and Brussels from 3rd to 7th April, 2023 for a study visit. With the support of the French Embassy, our team had the opportunity to meet with representatives from various European networks and organizations, such as On the Move, ONDA (Office National de Diffusion Artistique), Circostrada, Culture Action Europe, and ENCC (European Network of Cultural Centres).

In light of the recent growth of our membership, partnerships, and projects, as well as our future development goals, Kooperativa reached out to connect or re-connect with some of the organizations and networks close to our field of operation, to learn about their modus operandi and, more importantly, how they manage to meet the needs of their members. The study visit was planned as a learning and exploratory process, providing us with valuable insights into their membership engagement, advocacy strategies, office management, and European visibility. Additionally, it provided us with a chance to spend some quality time together as a team, given the recent expansion of our operations in Skopje.

Our meetings were very motivating and the representatives we met from various organizations were happy to share their personal and organizational experiences and learn more about Kooperativa and our members.
